Bloom Network

Bloom started in 2008, sparked by the Occupy Movement, Arab Spring, and visions for society's future. Before algorithms divided humanity, we gathered through in-person skill shares and deep dialogue. Today we have 30,000+ members in 40 communities across 14 countries, have mobilized $325,000 into grassroots initiatives, and documented over 2,000 projects and 1,345 verified impacts - catalyzing local food, watershed repair, and economic systems in bioregions worldwide. In 2024 we completed our social networking platform and regenerative economic protocol for rewarding community-led development. We support Local Bloom chapters with wrap-around services: project development, marketing and outreach, and community governance - so that people everywhere can discover and participate in inspiring local solutions.
